2. Eligibility
To use Versus, you must:- Be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
- Have legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Not be prohibited from using the Platform by applicable law
- Not have been previously banned from the Platform
3. Account Registration

- Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
- Manipulate markets, odds, or outcomes
- Use bots or automated systems without authorization
- Engage in collusion or coordinated manipulation
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Interfere with Platform operation
- Circumvent any security or access controls
5. Prediction Markets
5.1 Market Participation
When you enter a prediction:- You commit the stated amount of tokens
- Your payout is determined by your entry odds
- Results are determined by market resolution
- Decisions are final after the dispute window
5.2 Resolution
Markets are resolved based on:- Official sources designated for each market
- Versus’s determination in disputed cases
- Terms specified in market descriptions
5.3 Cancellation
We may cancel or void markets due to:- Ambiguous resolution criteria
- Unforeseen circumstances
- Technical errors
- Regulatory requirements
6. Tokens and Payments
6.1 Tokens
Tokens are the unit of value on Versus. Tokens:- Can be obtained through purchases, activities, or promotions
- Have no cash value until withdrawn (where available)
- May expire under certain conditions
- Are not transferable between accounts
6.2 Purchases
All token purchases are:- Final and non-refundable
- Subject to applicable taxes
- Processed by third-party payment providers
6.3 Withdrawals
Token withdrawals (where available):- Require identity verification
- Are subject to processing times
- May incur fees
- Must comply with applicable laws
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Property
Versus and its content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.7.2 User Content

- Error-free operation
- Accuracy of information
- Any particular outcome or return
9.2 Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that prediction markets involve risk and you may lose some or all of your tokens. See our Risk Disclosure.10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party actions or content
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Versus, its affiliates, and employees from claims arising from:- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of others’ rights
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may close your account at any time through Settings or by contacting support.12.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for:- Violation of these Terms
- Suspected fraud or manipulation
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Extended inactivity
- Any reason with notice
12.3 Effect
Upon termination:- Your access is revoked
- Open positions may be closed
- Remaining tokens handled per our policies
- Some Terms survive termination
